BMW, a German luxury automobile manufacturer, has applied to trademark its logo because it incorporates New Thought and the Metaverse. USPTO trademark attorney Mike Kondoudis, who reviews trademark filings for Metaverse and NFT, released and made searchable the trademark registrations.
BMW’s trademark submissions feature downloadable, certified videos. Images, texts, sounds, and videos depicting numerous autos are included here. The Metaverse, also known as the online virtual world, features downloadable software including programs, games, and even virtual cars that may be driven about the virtual landscape.
BMW is preparing to open an online shop where NFT-verified digital goods (including digital versions of their cars) will be for sale. These objects will function properly in the digital environment.
